Take what you need for your journey. Leave what you don’t.

Continue your journey with Trailside

Close to long-distance hiking trails there are designated places where hikers are invited to take supplies they can use and leave behind what they no longer want to carry. Good counseling should be the same way; a place where you can take what you need for your journey, and leave what you don’t.

If we decide to meet together for individual or marriage counseling, I will use that time to focus on your goals and the results that matter to you. I have had other clients report greater energy and peace because they invested in counseling. They ended up with momentum instead of stagnation. My desire is that after counseling, you too will be better equipped to continue on and fulfill your calling.

“Like long-distance hikers, motivated people are good at pushing through in life. But what happens when you are feeling increasingly stressed, weighed down, or inefficient? You have the opportunity to evaluate what you’re carrying. This is the work I do with clients, and I consider it an honor.”
